In order to help accomplish this we offer a wide range of financing options that will meet nearly any budget. We accept a variety of PPO plans and many of our treatments are covered by insurance. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to find out more about your specific insurance plan and what is covered. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

– Our membership plan is not insurance, it is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
– Our membership plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits of the plan have been used. Refunds after 30 days will be at the discretion of Mountain Shadows Family Dentistry.
– Payment for any treatment(s) not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service.
– The membership plan benefits may not be combined with insurance, other offers, or discounts.
– Our memberships plan does not cover procedures completed by specialists outside of our practice.

How To Finance Your Treatment
If you are interested in financing your dental treatment instead of paying up front, we accept third party financing through CareCredit. CareCredit provides patients with many choices for financing. An application for CareCredit can be found at their website or you can pick up an application from our office during your visit.
